Pool & Spa
From the side entrance, you exit from the kitchen to the sun room then to the pool and spa. The landscape colors and river rock walk are designed to define the entrance to this area. As you sit in the gazebo, you see the pool and the 20 acre lower meadow with horses grazing. The large ceramic deck and blue/black pool was designed to look like a natural spring fed pond. Upper Meadow
The upper meadow contains approximately 20 fenced acres with a deep well. The land has a 360 degree view of the mountains. The land currently has a large screened gazebo with deck. The land could be subdivided and lots sold. Other possible uses are livestock grazing such as cattle, sheep, alpacas, or crops such as hay and corn. Approximately 10 acres have been deemed suitable for a vineyard because of the altitude, soil, climate and exposure.
